The hotel was just a short walk from a boat station, making transportation around the city a breeze. Plus, the main squares were easily accessible with a water bus stop just a minute's walk away. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, going above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience. They were friendly, helpful, and always willing to suggest areas of interest and local restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay at this 4-star hotel! The location was perfect - tucked away in a quiet residential area, away from the touristy hustle and bustle, yet still conveniently close to the train and bus stations. We appreciated the peacefulness of the surroundings, allowing us to truly relax and unwind. The room we were given was spacious and beautifully decorated in a new Venetian style, making us feel like we were truly experiencing the essence of the city. The large bathroom was a delightful surprise, and the spa bath was a luxurious touch. We also found the laminate floor to be a nice change from the typical carpeted rooms we've encountered in other hotels. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist us with any request. From the friendly reception staff who provided us with a map and valuable information, to the efficient maids who cleaned our room impeccably, we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The 24-hour reception added an extra layer of security, and we appreciated the ease of using the in-room safe. The powerful hairdryer provided in the room was an added bonus, saving us from having to pack our own. Another highlight of our stay was the delicious buffet breakfast offered. The variety of hot and cold dishes was impressive, and we enjoyed starting each day with a hearty meal. we had an excellent experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

I stayed at a hotel in Venice for two nights, which was located outside the touristy area. The hotel had a nice Italian style and was conveniently located close to Marco Polo Airport. The room was big, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful view of a quiet little "campo." The staff was very helpful and provided excellent service. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a wide variety of options. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the hotel's interior decor.
One negative aspect was that the hotel had no external signage, making it a bit difficult to find.

Charming and colorful decor, friendly and helpful staff, spacious and comfortable rooms with a good size bathroom. Plentiful breakfast with a variety of hot and cold food, fresh pastries and cakes. Close to a vaporetto stop for easy access to attractions, but also great for exploring the little streets and alleys.

The hotel is conveniently located near water bus stations, making it easy to explore the city's attractions such as the Rialto Bridge and San Marco. The rooms are clean and airy, and the bathroom has a high pressure shower. The staff provides great hospitality and is very friendly. The breakfast offers a range of food options including cereal, bread, cheese, fruits, yogurt.
One minor issue was that the shower door in my room leaked slightly after use.
