Located in a quiet area, the hotel offered a delightful respite from the city's hustle. The air conditioning in the spacious room worked flawlessly, and the breakfast served a delectable variety, including eggs and bacon. However, the bed’s firmness might not suit those who prefer softer options, and our room tended to get a bit warm, requiring us to keep the windows open for relief.

Visiting the Grand Canal was a highlight for our family. The hotel’s prime location allowed us to easily hop on a gondola right near the bridge. The views and gentle waves made this such a relaxing experience, especially with our small kids in tow!
My kids wished for a play area to burn off some energy. It could’ve made our stay even more enjoyable with all the walking we did around the city.

Recommend it for families
The breakfast offerings were amazing, really unexpected for a hotel. Plus, the staff, they were genuinely helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make sure we had what we needed.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but worth it for what you get.

The hotel offered a charming experience with beautifully decorated rooms and supportive staff. While one receptionist was a bit curt, the overall hospitality was warm, especially during our early check-in and scrumptious breakfast. A delightful place despite minor hiccups.

Comfortable oasis in the city
Woke up to the aroma of fresh pastries every morning. The staff’s local tips made our visit memorable, effortlessly guiding us to hidden gems nearby. So lovely!
However, the AC struggled to keep the room cool on warm nights. It was a bit of a challenge trying to sleep comfortably. A fan helped somewhat.

missingWrote a review on Mar 14nonfunctioning heaterpoor air conditioning
Upon arrival, I was shocked to find a lack of basic amenities. The heater in our room didn't work and it was absolutely freezing. After several complaints, we were moved to another room where the AC was malfunctioning, making it too hot to sleep. It felt like I wasted my precious stay due to the staff's negligence.
